Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Hybrid Working)
Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 DOE + Quarterly Profit Bonus + 401k + PTO + Full Benefits

The Role:
- Professional Engineer in Civil, Structural Engineering
- Training and Development to progress into an Engineering Manager / Director role
- Overseeing a team of Professional Engineers and Design / Drafting teams
- Assist in Process and system Improvements within the engineering team
- Hybrid working opportunities
